After switching on the set the display flashes 'CODE'

Press [ SCAN ] and [ AUTO M ] keys until ' - - - - ' is displayed

Press preset [ 1 ] repeatedly for the first digit
Press preset [ 2 ] repeatedly for the second digit
Press preset [ 3 ] repeatedly for the third digit
Press preset [ 4 ] repeatedly for the third digit

Press [ SCAN ] and [ AUTO M ] keys to save, 'CODE' will now flash slowly and then the display will clear

Switch the set back on and it should now operate.
