Press preset '1' and the display will show 0 - - -
Press the tuning up button > for the correct digit, then press 1
Press the tuning up button > for the correct digit, then press 1
Press the tuning up button > for the correct digit, then press 1
Press the tuning up button > for the correct digit
Finally press 1 to store the code.
Your radio should now work.

I had an old 80's Ford Stereo that had been sat unused in the garage for 15 years. Managed to power it up but code locked out. Googled these guys but was very sceptical.
